This is a significant year for Monument Mortgage, as we celebrate our 30th year in business. We are proud to say “The Power of Monument” has helped over 35,000 families achieve their home ownership goals. We have seen many changes in the mortgage industry over the years, from record low interest rates to a major housing crash. Through it all, Monument has been there to help our clients with purchasing and refinancing, always focusing on their needs first.
To honor our 30th year, Monument Mortgage is partnering with Heading Home, a Greater Boston based organization focused on ending homelessness by providing a supported pathway to self-sufficiency. Heading Home provides housing and support services to homeless families and individuals in Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Medford, Malden, Everett, Quincy, Chelsea and Revere.
In 2019, Monument will donate $30 to Heading Home for each loan that closes. These donations will help those needing a more stable home environment. In addition to monetary assistance, we are also donating our time, working as a team on some of Heading Home’s hands on projects throughout the year. Monument is very excited to participate in these activities and will be sharing the results of our partnership with Heading Home over the course of the year.
