Mona Wong began her Monument Mortgage journey as a client.  The service I received was out of this world and I knew I wanted to be a part of this team.  I started as a loan processor and a few years later became a loan officer.  This unique background gives me an inside out perspective and a wholistic knowledge that benefits all my clients.

 

For me it’s not location, location, location, it’s service, service, service.  I provide the customer service that I would expect to receive.  My clients are all told from day one that I can be reached via phone, text, email, Facebook messenger, or if you dare slip into my dm on IG!  One of the reasons why I love what I do is the relationship building.  I have built an amazing mortgage family.  I have helped buyers buy as a single person, move on as a married couple and then again with little ones in tow.  It is the best feeling to know that I was part of that process and watching them grow. 

 

As busy as I am helping my mortgage family and adding to it, I also have my children and community that keeps me busy.  My twins are seniors at Newton South High School will continue their academic and athletic careers with baseball at Framingham State University and softball at Johnson and Wales University Fall 2023. 

 

I, #mortgagewithona, promise bring to my clients my honesty, my experience as a home buyer, my experience as a mortgage processor, as a loan officer, and my promise for superior service.  Now, I have this unique perspective of becoming an empty nester and watching my children begin their adult lives and preparing for their lives eventually ending with homeownership so that I can share this with clients.
